ONSITE REMEDIATION
Gold Star Air provides professional mold remediation services designed to safely identify, contain, remove, and remediate mold-contaminated areas in residential and commercial properties. Our remediation process follows industry best practices and is performed in accordance with the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation.
Our services include establishing containment to prevent cross-contamination, installing HEPA air filtration and negative air pressure systems, removing mold-contaminated materials when necessary, and thoroughly cleaning affected structural surfaces using HEPA vacuuming and specialized antimicrobial cleaning methods. Salvageable materials are cleaned and treated, while unsalvageable materials are safely removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
After remediation, Gold Star Air performs a detailed final cleaning, moisture verification, and applies antimicrobial treatments when appropriate to help reduce the potential for future microbial growth. Our goal is to restore a clean, safe, and healthy indoor environment while minimizing disruption to your home or business. We work closely with property owners, insurance carriers, and restoration contractors to ensure every project is completed efficiently, professionally, and with the highest level of quality.
Remediation is $1.00/sq ft for residential. Commercial must be quoted in person.
HEPA AIR SCRUBBING
Air scrubbing removes any contaminants from the air-ensuring any spores, insect debris, or other foreign objects are permanently removed.
REPEAT TESTING
GSA repeats air quality testing upon remediation to ensure air quality exceeds standards. We aim for under 500 sp/m³. Repeat remediation will follow until standards are met.
MOLD ABATEMENT
Gold Star Air provides comprehensive mold abatement services to eliminate mold contamination and help restore a safe, healthy indoor environment. Our experienced technicians utilize industry-approved procedures and specialized equipment to contain affected areas, prevent the spread of airborne mold spores, and safely remove mold from residential and commercial properties.
Our mold abatement process includes a thorough inspection of affected areas, containment setup, HEPA air filtration, removal of contaminated building materials when necessary, cleaning and sanitizing of salvageable surfaces, and the application of antimicrobial treatments where appropriate. We also identify and document moisture sources contributing to mold growth and recommend corrective measures to help prevent future recurrence.
